2. Products & Custom Orders

Galaxy Girl Creates specializes in handmade and custom-designed bookmarks, artwork, and gifts. Please note:

  • Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

  • Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a mistake or defect caused by us.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all customization details (such as spelling, color choices, and other personalization instructions) are accurate at the time of ordering.

3. Pricing, Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Galaxy Girl Creates accepts payment via through Shopify. 

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Galaxy Girl Creates to charge the full amount due for your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary by product and are listed on individual product pages. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because most of our products are made to order:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or with an error made by us.

  • For non-custom items, we may accept returns within [10] days of delivery. Please email talia@galaxygirlcreates.com before returning any item.

  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, artwork, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Galaxy Girl Creates and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
